You can hear Helen on Connect FM across Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire every Sunday morning from 10am to 1pm.
Helen has been working in radio since she decided she'd had enough of newspaper journalism. She has presented shows all over the clock from breakfast radio to drivetime and late night chat shows to and daytime BBC local radio.
She is warm and engaging to listen to with a great sense of humour and the gift of being entertaining while making it sound effortless. She's a great interviewer and skilled presenter.
She has worked with playout systems like Genesys, Zetta and Myriad along with the BBC set up and she is pretty good at audio production too using Audition and many other editing tools.
In 2003 she was a leading part of the team who won a Gold Sony Award for the Hereward FM Caravan of Doom Competition.
She has worked at Rugby FM, Mercia FM, Beacon West Midlands, Hereward FM, Century FM, Heart FM (nationally on their satellite feed), BBC Radio Leicester, Smooth East Midlands and most recently Connect FM.
